Kamrita has been building villas in Ubud since 2023. Five projects and 36 villas in three years: Green Harmony and Dusha delivered, Sun Rise and Emerald completing in 2026, Citrine in Q4 2027.
The company works with a single general contractor who has been building in Bali for fifteen years. While the villa is being built, the buyer receives photo and video reports from site every month.

The first complex, Green Harmony - four villas in Ubud - was delivered in October 2024. Across its first ten months the four villas averaged 88% occupancy and returned 15.3% a year to their owners on the purchase price; the best villa returned 17.

Currently on sale is Citrine - six villas in Desa Lodtunduh, ten minutes from central Ubud. An 109 m² villa with two floors. Land leased for 29 years with a 30-year extension. Completion Q4 2027, from $159,000. The sixth villa is not for sale — the founder will live in it.
